Test Proxy with: Before Hie IP Platinum setting any proxy server as your proxy, it tests this proxy server with a website. Here you could select one which you want to anonymous surf with Hide IP Platinum . It guarantees that you get the fast speed with this site. There must be ONE site and have 'http://' in the url.

Use Anti Fake string: Some proxy servers try to cheat you and bring you to advertisement sites. This feature will beat them. But you must make sure the Anti Fake string is existed in the content of Test Proxy with site. For example Yahoo always have 'yahoo' in its title. The string is NOT case sensitive. Not only title but also the body have the string exist will both be OK. This option is not necessary, but if you checked it and Hide IP Platinum can't find string in the Test site it will keep spinning and can't work for you.

Time out: Set the time out value for proxy testing. The shorter the faster. If you can't get any proxy server try to make the Time out longer.

Left click change proxy: Do you have to change proxy again and again. This option will make life easier. Instead of right clicking on the tray icon of Hide IP Platinum and selecting Change Proxy, just left click the tray icon of Hide IP Platinum the proxy is changed with this check box checked.

Satrt with Windows: Open Hide IP Platinum once Windows is started.

Restore Default : Wrong configuration in the Proxy Test Options will cause Hide IP Platinum stop work. Click on this button and OK button will restore the default value.

OK: Save configurations and close Options window.

Cancel: Close Options window without saving changes.
